Shipping
• Orders received by 3:00 EST can be shipped the same day on stock items.
• All Products are shipped via UPS or FedEx. We can use your shipping account number if preferred.
• All Pharmaceuticals are shipped with (signature required upon delivery)
• Refrigerated items must be shipped overnight with additional cost.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
Sales tax
Wall Medical Inc. is located in Georgia, we only collect and pay sales tax on Georgia customers. We do not charge or collect sales for customers located outside the state of Georgia, who are responsible for compliance with their local sales tax laws.

Damages/Shortages
• Please report claims for missing or damaged product within two working days of receipt of order.
• When signing for damaged orders, please have the driver note boxes damaged in shipping and call UPS or FedEx to report damage.
Returns
• If you are not satisfied with the order, please contact our customer service department 770-932-1312
• All eligible returns require a completed Return Authorization Form and pre-approval.
• Products returned without a completed Return Authorization Form will not be accepted for credit.
• Product must be in salable condition. A product that has any broken seals, opened, missing package inserts, written on, wet or is in any way unsalable cannot be returned.
• Preapproved returns made 15 days after receipt will incur a 25% restocking fee.
• No returns after 30 days.
• No returns on Class 2,3,4 controlled pharmaceuticals.
• Special order items or items marked “non-returnable” may not be returned.
• No credit on shipping cost unless a mistake was made on behalf of Wall Medical Inc.
